Maintenance attention lacking!!! Toilet seat broken and loose, white noise machines necessary due to loud street noises from drag racing, disappointing lack of follow-up after reported issues!!!

The room was super modern and spotless, loved the gorgeous finish. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure! The kitchen had the essentials like salt and pepper—nice touch for a short stay. Loved the nice decoration in the apartment. It truly felt like home with a cozy vibe. The rooftop area provided a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was super comfortable, making every night's sleep refreshing. On the downside, the storage for luggage was quite limited, which was frustrating upon arrival. Dealing with a clogged bathroom sink right after check-in was annoying, and it took until the next day for maintenance to fix it. My experience with the staff regarding this issue was disappointing. their responses felt dismissive. Also, the washer/dryer combination was confusing and not user-friendly, adding to my frustrations. Despite these hiccups, the apartment's overall setup was favorable, just not without issues.
